Step 1: Prepare The Pit Boss Pellet Grill
Assemble the Pit Boss pellet grill by putting the cooking rack or grates on the proper area.
Open the pellet hopper and fill it up with the wood pellets of your choice.
You do not need to fill up the pellet hopper as maybe 1/3 of the pellet hopper will get the pellet grill to reach high temperatures or the desired temperature for seasoning the grill.
