– 1 and a half pounds of Salmon Fillet

– 1/3 cup water
– 1/3 cup brown sugar

Step 1. Preheat the Grill

Grilled Salmon in a Foil
This recipe is a safer way of making sure that the salmon fillets will not burn. It will also have a more moist finish on the meat since it does not cook directly over the flames.
Ingredients
– 1 and a half pounds of Salmon Fillet
– 1 lemon
– 3 cloves of garlic
– 2 tablespoons of olive oil
– 3/4 teaspoon of Kosher salt
– 1/4 teaspoon of ground black pepper
– Fresh dills
Procedure
Step 1. Preheat the Grill
Always do this step before getting into the ingredients so that the grill can reach the desired temperature once you are ready with the other steps.
Fire up the grill and let it heat up to medium, this is around 375 degrees Fahrenheit. Close it so it keeps the heat inside and proceed to the next steps.
Step 2. Foil
